Bug Fixes

o Non-administrator password change; redirection is now correct to home
o Pass-by-reference uses newly recommended cast style (i.e., no more call-time PBR).  See (xxx) for more info
  A major change has happened in how pass-by-reference works (99% of the examples in the PHP manual are now deprecated)

o Project-specific filters on exports (i.e., spreadsheets w/ only your project)
o Improved change history audits
o Enhancements to admin screens:

    *  Edit/Update User account information through the GUI (no more XML edits)
    *  Disable user accounts through the GUI
    *  Delete projects throught the GUI
    *  Administrators can now reset any user password through the GUI
    *  Automatic suggestions on new user IDs when existing names conflict (i.e., SMITHJ and SMITHJS)
    *  Real-time "current status of all bugs in Project foo" e-mail reports (great for CCBs!)

o Option to set a default "Assigned To" user, by project, when creating new bugs

Security Enhancements

o Ability to disable file uploads (i.e., attachments)
o Increased paranoia settings and filename scrubbing (i.e., no executable .pl, .php attachments)
o Optional application-level user access auditing (plain text or XML format), no need for root access to Apache access logs
